CNC Cutting Services: Precision Industrial Cutting, End to End

CNC cutting services let you manufacture exact parts without investing in machinery, specialized staff or workshop space. You send the drawing and we deliver the part cut, bent and ready to assemble.

At Corte CNC Ryerson we run a 12 kW fiber laser, CNC plasma, an industrial router and CNC bending. We handle everything from a single replacement part to volume production, with a quote in under 24 hours.

Quote in under 24 hoursNo restrictive minimums

What we offer:

  • Quote in under 24 hours.
  • No restrictive minimums: from 1 part to industrial volume.
  • Fiber laser cutting, CNC plasma and industrial router.
  • CNC bending, CAD/CAM design and TIG/MIG welding.
  • Dimensional quality control on every part.
  • Two plants: Ensenada, B.C. and San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L.

What is CNC cutting services?

CNC cutting services is a made-to-order manufacturing service. The customer provides their design as a digital file or drawing and the supplier handles cutting the material to that specification.

This model works well when:

  • You don't have the equipment to cut the thickness or material your project needs.
  • Your volume doesn't justify buying a machine or hiring operators.
  • You need extra capacity during a production peak.
  • You need replacement parts without stopping your operation.
  • You want a consistent, repeatable finish between batches.

CNC cutting services included

Integrating several processes with one supplier reduces handling, inspections and the risk of error. This is what we can do with your project:

12 kW fiber laser cutting

Our Blue Elephant machine runs with an enclosed cabin and automatic exchange table:

Carbon steel up to 40 mm.
Stainless steel up to 30 mm.
Aluminum in various gauges.
Precision up to ±0.03 mm.

Fiber laser cutting gives clean edges, a small heat-affected zone and high repeatability. It is the choice for parts with holes, slots and complex contours.

CNC plasma cutting

For steel plate and large-format components we work with CNC plasma, with capacity up to 2 inches depending on the material and the project conditions. It is the right process for bases, supports and heavy machinery parts.

Industrial CNC router

The router takes our service beyond metal. We cut wood, MDF, acrylic, Alucobond, PVC, nylon and composite materials. It is used in furniture, interior design, signage and architecture.

CNC bending

We have a 40-ton × 2500 mm press brake and a 30-ton × 1600 mm press brake. We bend carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, from simple parts to components with several forming operations.

CAD/CAM design

We work with DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and PDF. We review drawings, prepare geometries, optimize how parts nest on the plate and program the cutting paths. If you only have a sketch, we turn it into a production-ready file.

TIG and MIG welding

We build frames, structures, assemblies and guards. With cutting, bending and welding under one roof, you coordinate one supplier instead of three.

Materials and thicknesses we cut

Carbon steel

up to 40 mm on fiber laser and up to 2" on plasma.

Stainless steel

up to 30 mm on fiber laser.

Aluminum

various gauges on laser and router.

Steel plate

plasma cutting in large format.

Wood and MDF

industrial CNC router.

Acrylic, Alucobond, PVC and nylon

industrial CNC router.

Industries we serve

Our CNC cutting services are built for B2B projects with technical specifications:

Metalworking and manufacturing: flanges, supports, plates, guards and spare parts.
Construction: anchor plates, industrial buildings and structural elements.
Architecture: facades, lattice screens, gates and decorative elements.
Commercial furniture and interior design: panels, bases and custom structures.
Technical metalwork: parts cut and bent to specification.
Prototypes and product development.

How our CNC cutting services work

A clear five-stage process, so you always know where your project stands:

01

Drawing intake

We receive your DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF or sketch and register the project with a reference number.

02

Technical analysis

We review material, thickness, geometry and tolerances, and define the right process for each part.

03

Quote

You receive a quote with technical recommendations, lead time and cost, in under 24 hours.

04

Production

Parts are cut, bent and welded to the approved specification.

05

Quality control and delivery

We verify dimensions, holes, slots, geometry and finish before delivery.

Why choose Corte CNC Ryerson

Frequently asked questions about CNC cutting services

What do you need to quote my project?

Material, thickness, quantity of parts, drawing or CAD file, tolerances, finish and required date. With that we get back to you in under 24 hours.

Is there a minimum number of parts?

No. We handle everything from a single test or replacement part to industrial volume production.

What file formats do you accept?

DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and PDF. If you only have a sketch or a physical sample, we can help with that too.

What is the maximum thickness you can cut?

Up to 40 mm in carbon steel and 30 mm in stainless steel with the fiber laser. On steel plate, CNC plasma reaches up to 2 inches.

How long does an order take?

Quotes are delivered in under 24 hours. Production time depends on volume, material and complexity; we confirm it when we quote.

Can you cut a single sample part?

Yes. We cut validation parts before committing to a full batch.

Do you work with companies in other cities?

Yes. We coordinate shipping anywhere in Mexico from our Ensenada and San Nicolás de los Garza plants.
