What CNC cutting services do you offer?
12kW fiber laser cutting, CNC plasma cutting, industrial CNC router, CNC bending, CAD/CAM design, TIG/MIG welding and dimensional quality control.
Do you handle single parts or only volume?
Both. We have no restrictive minimums: we produce everything from a single test or replacement part up to high-volume industrial production.
Can you help if I only have a sketch?
Yes. Our CAD/CAM team can turn a sketch or a technical need into a production-ready file, and we work with DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and PDF.
Do you offer bending and welding too?
Yes. We integrate cutting, bending and TIG/MIG welding, so you coordinate fewer suppliers and reduce handling between shops.
Materials and thicknesses
What materials can you cut?
Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, wood, MDF, acrylic, Alucobond, PVC, nylon and other materials compatible with our equipment.
What is the maximum fiber laser thickness?
The 12kW fiber laser handles up to 40 mm in carbon steel and up to 30 mm in stainless steel, subject to the specific material and design.
How thick can you cut with plasma?
CNC plasma gives us capacity up to 2 inches, depending on the material and the conditions of the project.
What precision can you achieve?
The fiber laser reaches tolerances of up to ±0.03 mm on suitable geometry, which means repeatability and exact hole patterns between parts.
Lead times
How long does a quote take?
We respond to quote requests in under 24 hours when we have sufficient drawings and specifications.
How long does production take?
It depends on volume and complexity. When we quote, we confirm the exact delivery date for your project.
Can you handle urgent maintenance work?
A local plant lets us respond quickly to breakdowns and replacements. Tell us your required date and we'll confirm what is possible.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we coordinate delivery. From our San Nicolás de los Garza plant we serve Nuevo León, Coahuila, Tamaulipas and El Bajío.

What do I need to send for a quote?
Material and thickness, quantity of parts, drawing or CAD file, required tolerances, finish, whether you need bending or welding, required date and delivery address.
Where do I send my files?

Is there a minimum order?
